You may enter the room 30 minutes before your session. Earlier access must be communicated in advance.

The minimum capacity is 15 and the maximum is 60 depending on the layout. All layout options are listed on each room’s dedicated page along with pictures.

Multimedia, Internet, Photography, and IT support for venue-related issues are included.

Yes, additional charges apply if the session exceeds the agreed timing by 30 minutes or more. Food and water bottles are charged separately.

You will need to provide the number of participants, food package, date, timing, preferred setup (round table, classroom, cluster, U-shaped), and additional requirements such as stationery. These details must be shared with our dedicated representative.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours before the session. Requests made later may incur a fee due to scheduling and resource allocation.

Yes, support is available for IT and venue-related issues only.

Yes. We offer food packages for hi-tea and lunch with multiple menu options. External catering is not allowed.

Recording and photography are allowed only inside your booked training room. Filming or photographing outside areas such as the lobby or corridors is not permitted.

We provide the space only. Clients must bring their own equipment and technical support for hybrid or virtual sessions.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the training room unless they are part of an approved AshreiTech package.
