Key Responsibilities
- Manage LMS operations, including user accounts, course content, and participant access.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple stakeholders, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining a polished and professional experience for corporate clients, executives, VIPs, and attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Execution: Oversee the complete physical setup, live event flow, and teardown operations.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the direct floor contact for caterers, audio-visual (AV) technicians, decorators, and venue staff.
- Marketing and Communications Support: Preparing and overseeing development of client interaction decks, event campaign comms, and utilizing all available avenues and generating new ones to market them.
- VIP & Guest Support: Supervise premium registration desks, coordinate executive arrivals, and handle high-profile attendee requests professionally.
- Technical Coordination: Conduct pre-event sound, lighting, and presentation checks with the production team to minimize live technical glitches.
