Academic Operations Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven individual with a passion for education, marketing and student engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in admissions, class administration and strong people-handling skills. If you’re enthusiastic, organized, and available on weekends, we’d love to have you join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert incoming leads into successful enrollments through effective follow-ups and counseling
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of academic classes
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to class operations
• Coordinate with faculty and ensure smooth delivery of sessions
• Participate in weekend classes, workshops, and events
• Handle walk-in inquiries and maintain follow-up records
• Organize and manage events, seminars, and student activities

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant experience in academic operations of a university or academic institute
• Experience in administration and academic operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
• Ability to work and manage events on weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a training institute or ed-tech environment
