This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms applicable to all bookings made through AshreiTech's Book a Room facility. The purpose of this policy is to ensure efficient utilization of rooms and minimize losses resulting from late cancellations.
2. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges will be applied based on the notice period provided by the client. The cancellation period will be calculated based on the scheduled start time of the booking.

3. Same-Day Bookings
For bookings made for the same day, the booking is considered confirmed and will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge if cancelled after confirmation. This is because the room, operational resources, and related arrangements are reserved specifically for the client.
4. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a booking, subject to room availability.
• Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the booking may be accommodated without any additional charge.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24–12 hours before the booking may be subject to a 50% rescheduling charge.
• Same-day rescheduling requests may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking, subject to a 65% charge.

AshreiTech reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy at any time. Any revisions will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
